HealthKind ("we", "us", "our") is operated by TSARA Group, with corporate office at BE Consult GmbH, Wiler 21, 8414 Buch am Irchel, Switzerland. By using healthkind.app, you agree to these Terms.
We provide AI-assisted blood test interpretation as an educational and informational tool. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. We connect users to TSARA Group services (HealthKind Supplements, TSARA Medical, TSARA Care) when relevant.
This is the most important clause. Our AI analysis is informational only. It is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician. Do not start, stop, or change any medication or treatment based on our output. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You confirm that: (a) you are 18 or older, (b) the blood test you upload belongs to you or you have permission to share it, (c) the information you provide is accurate, (d) you will not use HealthKind to diagnose or treat third parties without proper authorization.
The HealthKind name, logo, prompts, and platform design are owned by TSARA Group. AI-generated reports are licensed to you for personal use. You may share your own report freely. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish our platform.
The basic AI analysis is free. Paid tiers (Standard, Premium, Medical Travel Package) are billed via our payment partners (Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, iyzico, PayPal). All sales are final unless you exercise the EU 14-day right of withdrawal (where applicable).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSARA Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of HealthKind, including but not limited to: medical decisions, financial loss, data loss, or emotional distress. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or €100, whichever is greater).
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You may delete your data anytime by emailing admin@tsara.care.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on healthkind.app at least 14 days before taking effect.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
